• use JiraniFy to scam, spam, scrape, or mass-harvest user information
• post listings, offers, or requests that violate law, safety rules, or community restrictions

4. User content

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, including posts, comments, messages, listings, notices, event details, gigs, profile information, and reports. By posting content, you grant JiraniFy a limited right to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

We may remove, restrict, review, or moderate content that violates these terms, community rules, safety standards, or operational requirements.

5. Marketplace, gigs, and local interactions

JiraniFy may help users discover and coordinate local transactions, services, requests, and community activity. We are not a party to every transaction, agreement, or in-person interaction between users. You are responsible for using judgment, following local law, and taking appropriate safety precautions.

6. Verification and moderation

JiraniFy may use invite systems, resident checks, community review, moderation actions, reports, and admin controls to protect trust and safety. Verification does not guarantee perfect behavior by users, but it is part of the platform's effort to reduce fraud, abuse, and anonymous misuse.

7. Availability and product changes

JiraniFy is still evolving. Features may change, be added, be removed, or be limited by geography, community, rollout stage, or technical constraints. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect uptime, or permanent access to every feature.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict feature access if we believe you violated these terms, created safety risk, abused the platform, or undermined community trust. You may also stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

JiraniFy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. Community information, user content, and local interactions may not always be complete, current, or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JiraniFy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, user interactions, local transactions, or temporary service failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of JiraniFy after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
