Child safety standards against CSAE.

These standards describe JiraniFy's approach to preventing and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to all users, content, messages, listings, profiles, communities, and any other activity on the platform.

1. Zero tolerance policy

JiraniFy does not allow:

• CSAM or sexualized content involving minors
• grooming, coercion, sextortion, or sexual solicitation of minors
• content or behavior that facilitates child exploitation, trafficking, or abuse
• attempts to share, request, trade, advertise, or normalize CSAM or CSAE

2. Reporting and user controls

Users can report safety concerns in-app where reporting controls are available. Reports involving child safety are prioritized for review. Users may also contact our designated child safety point of contact at hello@shelnovalabs.com.

3. Review and enforcement

When JiraniFy identifies or receives a credible report of CSAE or CSAM, we may remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, preserve relevant information, and take steps needed to protect users and comply with law.

4. Escalation and legal compliance

JiraniFy complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with valid legal processes. Where required or appropriate, we report suspected CSAM or CSAE to relevant regional, national, or other legally designated authorities.

5. Prevention practices

JiraniFy uses safety practices that may include:

• account and community moderation workflows
• user reporting and administrative review tools
• access restrictions, account suspension, and content removal
• record preservation for serious safety reports where legally appropriate
• review of product features for abuse and exploitation risk
