Account deletion
Delete your JiraniFy account.
You can request account deletion from inside the app or contact support if you cannot access your account.
Delete from the app
- Open JiraniFy and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open account or security settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm the request.
When available in your app version, this is the fastest way to remove your account because the request is already linked to your signed-in user.
Delete by support request
If you cannot sign in, email support@jiranify.com with the subject "Delete my JiraniFy account".
Include the email address used for the account. We may ask for verification before deleting account data to protect against unauthorized requests.

- Your account profile and active session access are removed or disabled.
- Content tied to moderation, safety, transactions, or legal obligations may be retained where required.
- Backup copies may take additional time to expire from infrastructure systems.
- Some public or community content may remain if removing it would affect other users' records or safety workflows.
